Toby Perkins MP encourages local people to be a part of the 2022 Commonwealth Games

The next Commonwealth Games will be taking place in Birmingham from 28^th July 2022 to 8^th August 2022.

Tickets for the games start from £8 for under 16s and from £15 for adults and are available through a ballot which is open until the 30^th September. Tickets Are available for all 286 sessions of sport and for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies. To apply for tickets please visit https://www.birmingham2022.com/

Chesterfield MP Toby Perkins said, “It isn’t every day that a global event like the Commonwealth Games takes place this close to Chesterfield. It is a great opportunity to be able to visit the games and support the athletes, many of whom have just returned from the Olympics in Japan. I encourage as many local people as possible to apply for tickets and be a part of the Commonwealth Games”
