During every summer recess, I have spent time listening to the views of Chesterfield people to better inform me when I return to Parliament. This summer, I want to hear about your experiences with our NHS.

Our NHS is 75 years old and it has never been under more pressure or more vital. Your answers will help inform my meetings with health bosses, my questions in Parliament and my submissions to Labour Party policy, so they will really make a difference.
