Chesterfield residents have just a few days left to ensure their experiences of local health services are considered as part of Toby Perkins MP’s Summer Health survey.

Over the summer holidays, Toby and his campaign team have been conducting doorstep, online and written surveys into local NHS services. The results will inform local health bosses, parliamentary questions and be fed in to Labour’s health policy reviews, but constituents only have until the end of the month to add their views.

Toby said, “Hopefully, almost every household in Chesterfield will have either had someone knock on their door to go through the survey questions, or received a paper copy through their letterbox. It is vital that I hear the views of as many of my constituents as possible so that I have a wide and varied account of local experiences with NHS services. There is still time to return the survey, or complete it online, and I hope people will take a few minutes to give me their views.”

Toby spends every summer speaking to constituents and seeking their views on  different services. Constituents can return the paper version back via Freepost, or complete the survey online at:  https://www.tobyperkins.org.uk/summerhealth/
