Toby recently visited the UK Men’s Sheds Association to discuss the current crisis that we are facing in men’s mental health.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under 50. It is essential to provide safe, active spaces for men facing mental health struggles or loneliness to visit and interact with other members. Organisations such as these play an important role in breaking down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.

Toby expressed his admiration for the volunteers that help to run the sheds and the donations which have helped set up over 1,100 sheds in the UK and have helped over 33,000 men
